THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED LOCATION!
A tribute to a living piece of history right here in Central PA. Even though I walked across this bridge countless times during my childhood I had no idea that it had such a claim to fame. To find the cache visit the Historical Marker located on the City Island (or Silly Island as our middle cacher used to call it) side of this landmark. Gather the required info and plug it into the following equation to find the container. Difficulty rating based on accuracy of final co-ords due to bridge structure. A= the number of spans before disaster struck in 1996, B= the year "Old Shakey" opened, C= the last two digits of the last year for tolls on the Bridge, D= year it was closed to auto traffic. N 40.A.B-1458 W 076.C-4.D-1789. Please exercise caution when retrieving the container. BE VERY MINDFUL OF MUGGLES. THEY MAY BE ALL AROUND YOU! Congrats to nickNstef1987 for the FTF.
