Geocache Description:

VOGORNO
 Vogorno, primo villaggio della Valle Verzasca, sorge sulle falde dell’omonimo pizzo ed è conosciuto anche per il suo lago artificiale creato in seguito alla costruzione della diga della Selvatica (1961–1965), che con la sua altezza di ben 220 m è tra le più alte in Europa.

LA CACHE
Situata nel cuore del paese, a due passi da chiesa, piazza e municipio, la cache è facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici (autopostale «Linea Verzasca» Locarno-Tenero-Sonogno).
