It's a nice walk to the cache on relatively even terrain, until the last few feet.
The cache is hidden in Richfield Heritage Park.
The park has a nice walking trail around the perimeter, along with baseball and soccer fields, a tennis court, and a playground.
You'll find the cache by following the walking trail and veering off a bit to grab the container.
