Geocache Description:

Easy terrain, easy difficulty, should be a quick grab. Large cache, so bring your bigger swag.

One of the City of Kenai's fantastic recreation areas, the East End Trails offer myriad opportunities for outdoor fun-seekers. Bordered by the Kenai Golf Course on one side and the Coral Seymour Park (home of Oilers Baseball) on the other, you can easily create a day of fun within the space of just a few blocks.  Whether you're looking for fantastic cross-country skiing in the Winter, Frisbee-Golf in the Summer, or just an enjoyable set of trails to jog on while avoiding the monotony of pounding pavement, the East End Trails are there for you. And now the site can be the destination of geocachers as well.


You can park in the parking area off Lawton Drive, just past the Oilers field or at the end of Tinker Lane towards the back of the ballpark. At either end, groomed trails will take you within a few feet of the cache.

The cache is fairly large, so feel free to bring larger exchange items and trackables. Please ensure that you do your best to replace the container in a manner than isn't easily visible by muggles, as there are plenty that frequent the area.

Included in the cache are various trinkets and a LED flashlight (batteries included!) for the first-to-find.
