All right everyone! Time to put away those grabbers, trash bags and bug spray. Stow away those chainsaws, clippers and loppers. We've all worked hard this summer and now it's reward time.
The City of Rockledge has asked geocachers to lend a hand building a brand new playground in Anderson Storm Water Park, 1220 Pluckebaum Road, Rockledge. The event will take place Saturday, 28 July 2012, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Don't let the long day scare you away. Any amount of time you can volunteer will be greatly appreciated. So come spend the day, half a day or even an hour or two.
We hope to have a large showing of SCGA folks for this event. We have shown what we can do in the past cleaning up trash and busting pepper trees, now let's show the Rockledge Parks Department what we can do for the kids. Stay tune to this page for further details as they develop.
