Watch your step Traditional Cache
pragmaticjim: I no longer frequent the area and am unable to maintain the cache. I believe that the snowmobile trail is no longer used due to development of private properties in the area, and though a new and different trail goes very near to the cache, I will not be in the area to survey a new trail head or parking area.

An nice casual walk down an old logging road that bisects two swampy areas.
Traveling north on fire route 36, look for an old logging road/snowmobile trail. If you are driving a car, leave it there. If the weather has been wet, and warm, you might want bug spray, as the area is swampy. The trail should be dry. There is one tricky spot, you will know it when you see it. WATCH YOUR FOOTING. My brother jumped, and his foot went through a weak spot of the bridge. The container is in a good spot. I actually placed it last year, but lost the file with the co-ords before I got home. I checked it last weekend, and it was in pristine condition. Included is a logbook, pen, and pencil.
FTF will also find a small container of Thursday Plantation insect repellant.
If you continue past the cache, you will come to a clearing. If it is the right time of year, you might find some yummy berries there. Continuing beyond the clearing, you will probably see signs prohibiting further progress, unless you have a snowmobile trail permit.
