There is nothing to help you at the published coords. Near a place of learning, the cache is 300 ml screw top container, cover it well.

Scouting people all over the world love collecting, earning and swapping scouting badges of kinds. There is even a Badgers Club. The theme of this cache is swapping scouting badges and to start it off there are a number to swap in the cache.
Watch out for muggles.
