Geocache Description:


Because this has gotten so large we figured on getting some of the registration and pre event kickoff work out of the way before the 10 am start time so that we can get you out on the trail promptly for the Hatfield McCoy GeoTrail Event I also thought it would be nice (for me, lol) If I could add a few more cool signatures to the big yellow jeep :)

So, I think an event is in order. 

On the morning of September 1, 2012 at the Williamson Coal House we will meet at 8am for a gathering to have some donuts & coffee and discuss our geocaching adventures while we get our pre registration packets out of the way and get our tshirts and gift bags, etc. We will also give away some gifts that have been donated by sponsors and try to get out of the way as much of the work as possible before the actual kickoff event at 10:00 am.
The logbook for this cache is the big yellow jeep. If you havent gotten a chance to sign the jeep yet out on your travels be sure to get to this event.
Event will last two hours. 8-10 am and the more people who attend this and get registered the better because we want to have everyone signed up and out on the trail as timely as possible.
If you are spending the night on Friday after the pig roast be sure to be early bird and get over to do your registration prior to the rush of the crowds at 10 am.
