Pheonix park was built on the old Babbington pit site it is now the terminus for the tram and various buisnesses and a hotel.
Magnetic nano should not be hard to locate but may prove tricky to retrieve depending on the day and time extreme stealth may be required it gets very busy during working hours and a burger van parks close by during lunch hours.
