Geocache Description:



Park in layby and walk back.  Careful of fast vehicles please so keep the mutts and young uns in the car.

This object caught my eye so I had to stop for a butchers.  It has fading writing on it saying "Glasgow Corporation", which is the very old name for Glasgow City Council.  It also says that it is a traffic observatory.  I wonder what interest Glasgow had this far north and if it is still in use.
