OBJ Hides Me At BSR Traditional Cache

An easy cache to find. Leads you to a fantastic story about local legend, Old Black Joe.
The cache is located at Bashore Scout Reservation. It's on the very edge of our property, so you don't need to come far into the camp. The cache is primarily for the Geocaching merit badge classes that occur during the summer, as they need to find a public geocache to earn the merit badge. We encourage all cachers to find this cache, to learn about the Boy Scouts, and to hopefully become a part of the movement. If not, we wish you happy hunting and good luck finding our cache. Also, to make this more Scout-y it's secured with a two-half hitches, so it would be wise to learn how to tie that so you can reset the cache for the next person. Last, if you are hunting this cache between June 9th and August 5th, we ask that you check-in at the camp office before beginning your hunt. To re-iterate, the cache IS available through the entire year, however, between June 9th and August 5th, we ask that you check-in at the office BEFORE hunting down the cache.
