Geocache Description:

John Richard Dedicoat is the inventor of the bicycle bell, and it's about time someone recognized him properly. On Sunday morning, September 9, 2012, we will meet at the posted coordinates (the eastern end of the Long Prarie -Stone Bridge trail) to pay tribute to this unsung hero. At exactly 8:00am, we will all ring the bell on our bicycle, or make a noise with the object of your choice. The log book will be available for signing from 7:45am - 8:00am only.

Coincidentally, Dutchlandian, our special visitor from Holland will be accompanying Carol and me for a nice long bicycle ride along the trail. We're going to try to find as many of the 180 caches hidden along the trail as we can, and everyone is invited to join us. We'll be riding immediately after this event. You don't have to attend the flashmob to join us, and you don't have to join us to attend the flashmob. More info on the ride can be found on Facebook.

We hope to see lots of people making lots of noise in this remote location
