Grajena je gručasto naselje v mestni občini Ptuj, katerega ime se prvič pojavi okrog leta 1200. Središče kraja je v dolini istoimenskega potoka, deloma pa sega na bližnja pobočja Slovenskih goric. Leži ob magistralni cesti, ki povezuje Ptuj-Vurberk-Maribor, na nadmorski višini 261,8 metra. Leta 2002 (popis prebivalstva) je Grajena imela 324 prebivalcev.

Grajena is a settlement in the Ptuj municipality. Its name first appears around the year 1200. The centre of the village lies in the valley of the brook with the same name. A part reaches even into the Slovenske gorice region. It lies at 261.8 meters above sea level. Grajena is situated on the main road that connects Ptuj-Vuberk-Maribor. In the year 2002 there lived 324 people in Grajena.

Grajena ist ein Dorf in der Stadtgemeinde Ptuj, dessen Name zum ersten Mal im Jahre 1200 erwähnt wird. Der Mittelpunkt des Dorfes liegt im Tal des gleichnamigen Baches. Teilweise erstreckt sich Grajena auch in die Region Slovenske gorice. Das Dorf liegt auf der Hauptstraße, die Ptuj-Vurberk-Maribor verbindet auf einer Höhe von 261,8 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. 2002 lebten 324 Einwohner in Grajena.
