Fish Creek Library

Opened June 1, 1985, this landmark “pyramid” library was built to replace the small Macleod branch (10325 Bonaventure Dr SE) that opened in 1979, which had previously served the south end of the city.
Except for holidays, Fish Creek Library is open during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday: 10 am - 9 pm
Friday and Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday: 12 noon - 5 pm (mid-September to mid-May)

Many thanks as well to my younger daughter, Aurora163, for helping Dad out on this cache. She came to one of the first meetings at Nose Hill branch and accompanied me on several 'research' trips to Fish Creek branch where we also found many great book and videos to borrow. She's been a great helper this week while her big sister is away.
