Near a memorial to local veterans and victims of 9/11 near the center of the historic town of Stony Point, a small container hanging. Enjoy the memorial, learn some local history, and explore this historical town. We called this Tommy's Tune because a few years ago during the town Memorial Day parade, an NY Times photographer snapped a front page picture of a little boy named Tommy with an American flag, sitting next to a World War II veteran and bugler. Touching national image for this historic town!
