Geocache Description:


This cache is located to/from Deerfield Lake from Hill City.  There is a lot of dead trees along this route due to the infestation of Pine Beetles.  However, it is still a beautiful drive.  You are looking for a small, plastic container with room for small trade items.  BYOP.  There is a place to park so that you are not on the road.  Once at the sight, read the sign and you may understand where the name comes from.  Enjoy.
