Vandaag eindelijk even tijd gemaakt om hier te controleren.
Jammer genoeg was de cache inderdaad (alweer) weg. Daarom heb ik besloten deze niet meer te vervangen.

Ik ga de bijbehorende bonussen van de serie daarom ook langzaamaan opruimen.

Na ruim 8 jaar is het intussen ook wel mooi geweest.

Het gebied Woensel-Noord is ingedeeld in vier wijken en 21 buurten.

Blixembosch-Oost is een buurt in de wijk Aanschot, in het stadsdeel Woensel-Noord in de Nederlandse stad Eindhoven.

In het laatste decennium van de 20e eeuw werd tegen de oude Philipswijk op de Esperheide een grootschalige nieuwe buurt gebouwd, Blixembosch II (Blixembosch-Oost). Daar de straatnamen in deze wijk vernoemd zijn naar sprookjes en sprookjesfiguren werd de buurt door de lokale bewoners al gauw getypeerd als Sprookjesbos.

Door toenemende woningnood en gemeentelijk beleid werd vanaf 1995, in onderscheidende fases, gebouwd aan landenbuurten (Engelse, Italiaanse, Franse en Amerikaanse buurt) op beschikbaar grondgebied dat door de gemeente Eindhoven werd overgenomen van Rijkswaterstaat. Blixembosch II werd hierdoor uitgebreid met honderden woningen en kreeg een eigen winkelcentrum en een vrijetijdsaccomodatie met sporthal in het hart van de wijk.

The area Woensel-Noord is divided into four districts and 21 neighborhoods.
Blixembosch-east is a neighborhood in the District of Aanschot, in the city part Woensel-Noord in the Dutch city of Eindhoven.

In the last decade of the 20th century a new large-scale neighborhood was built against the old Philipsdistrict on the Espermoor, Blixembosch II (Blixembosch-Oost). Because the streetnames in the first part were named after fairytales and -characters it soon became known as Fairyforest (Sprookjesbos).

Because of an increasing need for houses and a changed municipal policy in 1995 building started, in distinctive phases, of several country-neighborhoods (English, Italian, French and American neighborhood) on available teritory that was taken over from the national government by the city of Eindhoven. With Because of this Blixembosch II expanded with several hundred houses and got it's own shopping mall and a free-time-accomodation with sports hall in the centre of the neighborhood.
