Home of the PI Traditional Cache
007 and the PI: Sorry to have to archive this one but I am not getting to the PI anytime soon and I/ the family cannot maintain this.

When I started caching, my nephew from the Philippines, Jetrone was with me. As we thought about our caching "handle", I thought of "007" as I am a huge Bond fan. He, of course, thought of the Philippines which is abbreviated as "PI". Thus our handle was created. Jets - his nickname here in the PI - was hugely helpful in my early caching career. In fact, it was his eagle eyes that spotted GC1KNRH when I had all but tossed in the towel. Even though he is back in the Philippines at medical school (Dr. Jets?), I still sign as 007 and the PI in his honor.
This cache is placed at his home. There is a concrete wall around the home complete with metal poles, barb wire and broken glass (crime deterents). The cache is hanging from the corner pole, next to Kingdom Hall. It is accesible from the outside. Please gently pull on the cord and the plastic container attached to the cord will come up. Who knows, you may see the PI while you are visiting. This is the first cache placed in Iloilo, Philippines.
