WSGA: S = State

This puzzle cache was placed by members of the Inland Empire Chapter of the Washington State Geocaching Association (WSGA) in honor of the 10th Anniversary of of the WSGA.

The cache is NOT located at the posted coordinates. You must correctly answer the "State" questions below to learn the true coordinates to the cache.

You will be looking for a small lock-n-lock container at the final coordinates.
