With the posted photo, the cache is on private property and I do not see anything in the file for this cache that permission had been obtained. If the cache owner has, or is able to obtain permission for the placement as well as unrestricted access to geocachers for the cache search, you may contact me to discuss the potential for unarchiving your cache.
