The cache is located in the Evans Bridge Archery and Field Target Park and replaces the prior cache I had located nearby.
This very nice park was only used for air rifle shooting in the past, but archery has now been added to its attractions. There are two covered shelters and multiple firing points for both archery and air rifles. There is even an elevated archery stand here!
If you shoot archery, be sure to bring your bow and arrow and enjoy some target practice! If you have an air rifle, bring it with and you can enjoy shooting at either paper targets, or small swinging metal silhouette targets. Or bring both bow/arrow and air rifle, and have a full day of shooting fun!
The woods just to the west across the road are used for monthly air rifle Field Target matches. In addition, archery targets have also been placed in the shooting lanes for archery competition and practice. Feel free to check out the area (and look for the other cache that I have put out...)
You are looking for a nano cache. You do NOT need to go past any of the firing lines to retrieve the cache.
