The last cache in the area was a tribute to the athletic side of Porritt Stadium.
However this cache is based around the footballing side of Porritt Stadium. Great cache to come and find in the winter and watch a bit of football 
Be aware though the football bug could bite and you may get the fever.
The cache is a regular sistema container placed in a camo bag. Please bring your own pen and be respectful of the environment when retrieving and replacing this cache.
There is no need to go down the embankment - be mindful if you have little children around the cache.
This is a dog exercise area so feel free to bring your pooch with. However please be aware of the following guidelines (amongst others listed on the council's signage) :
- Dogs may exercise off the leash except on weekdays after 5pm and on weekends after 10.30am between 01 April and 30 September
- Please keep your dog away from areas where sport is being played.
Please rehide well as this area gets many visitors.
