What is a booger? Most boogers are those electrical boxes we see all over the place, usually some shade of dark green. But this is a little different kind of booger, it is about twice as tall as the standard booger and is not green.
Out today searching for a cache or two, I noticed this intersection needed a cache. So I had a couple of undeployed caches in my Cachemobile and decided to install one here. Should be very simple, more for the numbers than the challenge. Besides, I like the name of this cache! Reminds me of the ocean off of Southern California after a heavy rain, very hazardous.
