In keeping with the Billy Barker Day Theme, this cache was placed on the road to the original launch site of the Quesnel Billy Barker Days Biffy Raft Races from days of old.  First To Find is a Gold Rush Lottery Ticket also keeping with the Billy Barker Day Theme.  You are looking for a film canister.  You may need to bring your own pen.
