Geocacher down...and now up...sort of.


A 2 hour medicinal reminder that geocachers can't be kept from their next adventure.

Oh, to be eighteen again.


Tiffette #2, third daughter of Pioneer 'n' Tiff, and a geocacher in her own right, was having a ball. She had just turned 18, attended the Senior Prom, was learning to drive, had been accepted into College, and was looking forward to the summer of 2012.

On the afternoon of 4th July, while walking home after exercising, Tiffette #2 stopped at a El Cajon intersection and waited for the crosswalk signal. When the walk signal turned green, Tiffette #2 stepped out, got to the second lane, before she was run down by a motorist. She had enough consciencenous  to hand her cell phone to a witness who called her ICE (In Case of Emergency) contact, Pioneer.

40 seconds later, Pioneer arrived to discover 7 witnesses not knowing first aid, no paradmedics, and to hear Tiffette #2 say "Daddy, don't let me die."

Tiffette #2 spent time in hospital, surgery and is facing some inconvenient prospects for summer.

She can't knit.
She can't drive.
...and she thinks she shouldn't geocache.

She goes back to her part time job at "Lori's Frames, Fibres and Frills", at 2233 West Victoria Drive Alpine.

Please drop by between 12 and 2 and drop a bug or coin in a cache Pioneer 'n' Tiff have put together for her, forcing her to log back into the Geocaching website and beging her geocaching "recovery".
