Geocache Description:

Off Atlantic Avenue, home of First Fridays.

Love coming down to Atlantic Avenue in the evening on the first Friday of each month. Between San Antonio and so far it ends @ Roosevelt ave, you will find a crowd of people flocking to take part in this local event. Vendors, musicians, bands, food, bars, art exhibits, artists painting on the streets, live theatre and poetry are just a few of the things you will find. Each month has a theme, such as holidays like Christmas or Mardi Gras, or offbeat themes such as Star Wars or Alice in Wonderland. We usually make it down there between 7 and 9, hope to see you there.
