Welcome to my Lacey Lakes Hide Cache Series. It features Lake Barnegat the biggest of the lakes in Forked River.
I am going to be placing a bunch of caches around all 3 lakes and maybe even Bamber Lake so keep an eye out for them. I grew up a few blocks away on Lakeside Dr South and spent all my free time fishing, swimming, and hanging out at the lakes.
There is parking and two nice parks for the kids to play in or have a picnic. The cache is a micro in a tree. There used to be a rope swing when I was a kid here and spent many summers swinging into the lake on a set of bike handle bars tied to a rope lol. BYOP
