Ever have a hard name coming up for a cache? I was standing at Ground Zero and couldn't come up with a name. I looked around and saw a boat timed up that was called "Roping the Wind" so what a better name than that for this cache.
Enjoy the view from here. You can get a close up view of The Holiday Island when she is in. Take the kids to the park close by.
