Okolice obecnej linii WKD, al. Jerozolimskich i ul. Popularnej wyznaczały koniec miasta, a początek terenów zwanych wiejsko/podmiejskimi. Jedną z ulic, która przebiegała przez takie tereny podmiejskie była ulica Jutrzenki. Ulica, której początek sięga Opaczy została bezczelnie przecięta wiaduktem nad torami WKD w ciągu ul. Łopuszańskiej i teraz właściwie składa się z dwóch rozdzielnych odcinków.
Pomiędzy al. Jerozolimskimi i Jutrzenki obecnie ciągnie się sznur niskich biurowców, chociaż pozostałości po polach widać jeszcze po stronie północnej ulicy. Tutaj też znajduje się szczyt cywilizacji - rondo z 5 wylotami :) Przy rondzie, coś czego zazwyczaj się w ogóle nie widzi, stoi krzyż. Krzyż ten jest tutaj od ponad 100 lat, chociaż nie ma dokładnej daty jego postawienia tutaj. Przetrwał obie wojny i jeszcze się jakoś trzyma.

Location of WKD rail, al. Jerozolimskie street and Popularna street were some time ago treated as a border of city and suburbs. One of those street, which crossed those terrains, was Jutrzenki street. Street, which start is in the village Opacz, was divided into two parts because of the ramp over WKD rail (Łopuszańska street) and now to cross from one side to another you have to turn few times.
Between al. Jerozolimskie and Jutrzenki there are few small sized office buildings, though there are some fields left on the north side of the street. There's also a civilization glimmer - a 5-exit roundabout :) Near this, probably often not visible, there's a cross. It is standing here for more than 100 years, though there's no exact data when it was placed. Managed to stand hear through two world wars and standing till now smoothly.
