Die Suche nach diesem Cache läßt sich mit einer schönen Wanderung im Restonica Tal verbinden. Die Wanderung besteht aus einem wenig begangenen aber gut markiertem Single Trail der zum Teil ein wenig zugewachsen ist. Aufgrund von ein paar Dornenranken empfiehlt es sich für Kinder eventuell lange Hosen anzuziehen. Unsere Kinder (6 + 8 Jahre) haben sich jedoch nach den ersten Metern daran gewöhnt. Die Wanderung ist 3,85 km lang (einfache Strecke) und es sind etwa 200 Höhenmeter zu überwinden (siehe Map).
Die Wanderung startet man am besten beim Parkplatz beim Campingplatz Tuani N42°16.551 / E009°06.489 und beendet sie etwa 3 km flußabwärts an einem großen Parkplatz N42°17.369 / E009°07.892. Wenn man 2 Autos zur Verfügung hat kann man vorher ein Auto umparken.
Beim Cache gibt es einen schönen Picknick Platz mit toller Aussicht (Bild: Restonica Into the wild).
Die letzten 5 Meter zum Cache sollten nicht von kleinen Kindern begangen werden wegen Absturzgefahr! Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für euer Tun.
Etwa 800 Meter vorm Ende der Wanderung N42°17.150 / E009°07.360 gibt es eine tolle tiefe Badegumpe mit verschiedenen Sprungmöglichkeiten.
Wir waren in Korsika nur im Urlaub, wenn der Cache gewartet werden muss, wäre es schön, wenn der nächste Finder die Wartung übernimmt.
Vor der Wanderung bitte UNBEDINGT zuerst den Ausstieg ansehen! Die "Brücke" ist nicht Teil der Wanderung, der Ausstieg sollte durch den Fluss über die Steine erfolgen können, maximal mit nassen Füssen, ansonsten bitte nach dem Cache umdrehen und den gleichen Weg zurückgehen! Riskiert nicht eure Gesundheit für einen Cache! Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für euer Tun!
English: The search for this cache can be combined with a real nice hike on a single trail in the Restonica valley. The trail is partly overgrown with brambles and obviously not so frequented, so kids may better wear long pants and be careful. Our 6- and 8-year old got used to the way after a short time.
The hike is about 3,85 km long (one way) and has 200 meters difference in altitude (see map). Best starting point is the parking at “Camping Tuani” at N42°16.551 / E009°06.489, the finish is 3km down the river at a large parking lot at N42°17.369 / E009°07.892. If you have two cars, you can do the tour one way only.
Right at the hiding place of this cache, about have way of the hike, there is a nice place to rest and have a picnic (see picture: Restonica “Into the wild). The last 5 meters should not be made by kids, sharp drop! We take no responsibility for your actions, so please be careful.
About 800 meters before you finish the hike is a nice bathing spot at the river, deep and with rocks to jump from N42°17.150 / 009°07.360.
We were in Corsica for holidays only, so if the cache needs maintenance we kindly ask the next visitors to perform it, thank you!
Before going, check the exit of the tour! Taking the "bridge" is no option! You should be able to exit the tour through the river, over the stones and only get wet feet, in the worst case! If this is not possible, turn around after the cache and go back the same way!!! Don't risk your health for a Cache! We take no responsibilities for your action!
