My first hybrid letterbox - decode the text (first), follow the references, find the items, make notes, do math and then find the cache - and leave the stamp and stamp pad in the cache!
Cache is a cylindrical container, with a stamp and log book. Dollar coin for FTF, and a FTF micro geocoin to move along with a specific mission
In keeping with the OVC (Ojai Valley Cachers)/gsmx2 tradition, I placed this cache after getting an FTF several Sundays ago on 250 Day Challenge- A.K.A Foo needs Geo-therapy 
(GetA FTF, then SetA FTF opportunity for another cacher).
The cache is not at the posted coordinates, and it’s not a good place to stop. But it would be a good idea to be driving north on that street (Westlake Blvd,) to start with. On one of the corners at the next major intersection, there is a square fountain that is usually visible. Pull in to the shopping plaza and park near the fountain.
