Geocache Description:

The Eaton Canyon Golf Course ironically was originally planned as an eighteen-hole facility. Ultimately the nine-hole facility designed by Billy Bell Jr. opened in 1962. Opening day ceremonies included a golf outing in which dignitaries and local golf professionals, including 1961 PGA Champion, Jerry Barber participated.

The cache is located south of the parking lot. You are looking for a plastic camo'd container just HANGING around. Coordinates may jump around some due to overhead trees and power lines. Park in the lot and take a stroll south. Lot is open dawn to dusk 7 days a week. Much less muggle traffic on week days as opposed to weekends. Stealth required due to cars driving in and out of parking lot. FTF gets a rose compass geocoin. Enjoy!
