Thank you and happy caching from the Highland Haggi team.

To celebrate the creation of this section of the Haggis Highway events will take place on 13th and 14th October 2012.

The events are as follows:
Inverness ~ Dinner GC3PYR5 - Saturday 13th October from 17:00, 18:00 for dinner
Bridge of Brown ~ Lunch GC3PRW9 - Sunday 14th October from 12 noon ~16:00

A quick cache and dash in the scattered hamlet of Ardendrain in an unusual and secluded layby with old white road markings in the middle. The name Ardendrain comes from "àirde an droigheann" which means 'height of the blackthorn' in Gaelic. The cache name is due to the number of of tyres which have been left here by a local farmer perhapsas they look big and agricultural. The cache is not hidden in one of the tyres as they may be only be there temporarily. It will be interesting to see how long they are left there.

Take care when exiting as this can be a fast road.
