On the 19th August, Desertfoxuk, RebekahMarie73 and myself will hopefully be finding the Pen Y Ghent (GC5EF2) and Ingleborough (GC5EF4) caches to complete our DT grid. We will be celebrating that afterwards in the New Inn in Clapham, from around 16:00 (probably!), when hopefully some local cachers may like to join us. This is an open invitation to the celebration and indeed the walks preceding it.
We will be setting off from the car park in Horton in Ribblesdale at 10am (on the waypoint) and returning to move the cars to Clapham to assault Ingleborough using the easiest route.
We aren't planning anything fancy for the pub aside from some drinks and a natter. It does do food if you wish to eat there.
Of course people that don't want to complete the walk are more than welcome to join us for drinks!
If you would like further details on the walk, please feel free to message me through the site, though it should be pointed out that it is not a guided walk with a leader. All the usual sensibilities should be applied!
