Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden along a trail, which locals call "Tsunami Trail." Be sure to bring a pen.

Park at the Second Beach trailhead and walk down to the lookout point, where you'll see James Island, or A-Ka-Lat in the Quileute language, meaning "Top of the Rock." On either side of the lookout point, you'll see a path. Walk down it, and you'll find our Tsunami Trail, which leads to First Beach. It's not a long walk.

The cache is camouflaged and it's off the path a bit. There is tree cover, so we used two GPS devices to get the coordinates as accurate as possible.

When you're done with finding the geocache, continue on to First Beach!

Thank you to Quileute Tribal Council for allowing the placement of this cache.
