This cache, before being moved here, was the most favorited cache in the area. I hope it earns one of your coveted favorite points. This location used to be a totally empty field not many years ago. Now it is filled with many residents. The cache may contain some special swag provided by some of those residents which may even include the maker's name. If so, feel free to take it and visit the person who crafted it inside. You will be a welcome guest and you will put a much needed smile on the face of the crafter.
