Irhás-árok

Sétálni hívlak Benneteket az Irhás-árokba, annak lakott részére. A tiszta levegő, a napsütötte oldal sokakat csábított ide. Ezért sok új ház épült az árok mentén. Az évek során egyre feljebb és feljebb építkeztek. Több helyen lefedik az árkot, ezzel szélesebb lesz a közlekedésre alkalmas felület. Biztonságosabb lesz rajta a közlekedés, gyalogosok, turisták, kerékpárosok és autósok számára. Ezzel ez a rész szinte végleg elveszti romantikus jellegét.

Az Irhás-árok és környéke eredeti német nevét a XVII. századtól viselte, de a XIX. században magyarosították. Budapest ezen részének ez a legnyugatibb völgye.

A völgy szűk és magasak a fák, ezért a koordináták esetleg pontatlanok lehetnek.

Víznyelő

Ide építettek egy törmelékeket megfogó víznyelő-szerűt. Ezzel akarják megakadályozni, hogy ágak kerüljenek a csőbe, ami dugulást okozhatna. A láda a magas partoldal fájának földszinti odújában keresendő.

A rejtekhely forgalmas napközben. Vigyázz a muglikra!

Irhás Trench (Pelt Trench)

I would like to invite you to a walk in Irhás-​​trench, into its populated section. The clean air and sunshine attracted many people here. Therefore, many new houses were built along the trench. Over the years, houses have been built higher and higher. At several points, they are covering the trench so the surface suitable for traffic gets wider. It will be safer for transportation, pedestrians, tourists, cyclists and motorists. Due to these changes, this part of the trench is likely to lose most of its romantic nature.

The Irhás Trench and its surrounding wore its original German name from the 17th century but the name was converted to a Hungarian equivalent in the nineteenth century. This is the westernmost valley of this part of Budapest.

The valley is narrow and there are tall trees so the coordinates may be inaccurate.

Sinkhole

Here they built a sinkhole, a gully that should grip debris. With this they want to prevent branches from getting into the tube, which could cause blockage. The cache can be found in the ground floor hole of the tree on the higher bank.

The hiding place is busy in the day time. Watch out for muggles!
