Fitz's Bridge has had a few names over the years (Big Bridge, Perra's Culvert) but I've only ever known it as Fitz's Bridge. Scenic location here so you will just have to visit to see it. Obey roadsigns and no overtaking or passing on the bridge.
You're attempting to find a magnetic eclipse container which only contains a log book. Byo pen. It should be a quick drive by. No need to look under the bridge or get over fences, only local traffic use this road although there is a winery up the road a km or so. This creek has been known to flood bad at times. (that is why its not under) Summertime warnings apply so watch out for snakes and ciggy butts. Good luck finding Fitz's Bridge cache.
