This hide brings you to the former site of the Rock Lake School, school district # 938. It is located on the SE quarter of section 30, township 9, range 8, west of the second meridian. It was built in 1904 and continued on until 1952 at which time the students were bused to Stoughton. The school building was then moved into Soughton. The cairn states that over the years, 55 teachers were invovled at this school? Seems like a very high number to me!
