This cache is located just outside DownsSteam, which is a community based volunteer organisation dedicated to the establishment of a tourist railway for the Darling Downs region. Downs Steam is currently open to visitors Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays between 10am and 2pm.  Check out their website for more details http://www.downssteam.com/
