Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Geraldton foreshore! This monumental piece of Mining History has a very interesting story to tell. Enjoy an informative read about the Reclaimer wheel, then perhaps enjoy a relaxing stroll through the Western Australian Museum. Be sure to have a look through the Batavia Gallery within the museum, for more interesting history about the amazing Midwest region.

The cache is a magnetic micro, so please bring your own writing stick. It is within reach of the ground, so please dont climb on the wheel...and be sure to keep watch for all the eyes in the area, it can be a very busy place! Enjoy the hunt, enjoy the surroundings and be sure to have fun, good luck!! Congratulations to Team Outandabout on a quick FTF!
