Pejar Dam is part of Goulburn's water supply, and it's a popular fishing spot.
The cache is a 1kg plastic fruit jar painted silver to match the granite it's hiding amongst. The container is large enough to take a few swaps.
Don't park your car on the bridge. There is a good track which will get you close to the GZ by car, then it's rock hopping to the cache.
