This cache will bring you to to the site of the Victorian State Libraries storage facility. A large windowless building with rather capable security systems. Within the walls are the many secrets the state has, along with the hidden artefacts that would prove that many conspiracy theories have a lot more fact than those faceless government administrators would have you believe.
A colleague of mine recently toured this site, and assures me it's actually mostly filled with books and newspapers. Their current project is taking the old news papers, which have been stored rolled up, and laying them out flat.
Of course that's really just what they want you to think.
The cache is a quick drive by under a tree. Please keep an eye on the building and car park and note unusual or suspicious activity in the log. Cachers are good at not being seen, and you just might see more than you bargained on.
