Geocache Description:

The cache is in the center of Newport. The name of the cache should give you a clue as to it's location. As this cache is right out in the open in a very muggle intensive area, please be very stealthy when retrieving and replacing it. It might be best to go for this cache either early in the morning or late at night (There's plenty of light here at night. It was initially placed at 9:30pm). Congratulations to toolmkr for ftf.
