Another cache in McCloud Nature Park. This one can be accessed from the Whitetail Ravine Trail. The park is open from dawn to dusk. Please note that if you get this cache in the summer months, you WILL encounter stinging nettle, about 15 feet to be exact. I have learned how to tredge my way through nettles without much problem, if you do it very carefully and with the proper technique ;-) This one is cake in the winter months.
The boyz of Yoda were chatting recently about the friends they have made because of geocaching. When they starting reminiscing, they quickly stated that their very first geocaching friends were the boys of Romig, AKA The Romig Boys. We met them on a cold winter day in January. It was January 21, 2012, to be exact. We were each racing around 465 in Indy to complete the 39 Clues series by Team MCH, and as fate would have it, we ended up arriving at the final of that series, The Gauntlet, right about the same time. The eldest of Romig and the youngest of Yoda have everything in common, except for height :) The eldest of Yoda and the youngest of Romig are kings of all things X-Box. They all have lots of fun together, and we are so glad that they are our friends.
We decided to hide a cache just for them. It's the kind of hike, location, and container that they like to find, and we hope that they enjoy it. Please replace it EXACTLY as you find it. May the force be with you!
