This geocache is part of a series placed within the Cannon River valley. Some of these caches were meant to be accessed by boat (canoe, kayak, innertube, etc), some by bicycle, and some by hiking. Look at the ratings and attributes to determine which equipment you should be using.

The terrain rating once you arrive on location is 3.0 or higher depending on how nimble you are.

I am shocked that the original cache here lasted 3 years as an ammocan hanging from a tree in open site. This new cache is NOT an ammocan but hidden with similar methods. Watch out for the critter poo when going for this cache. It is located in the paddling route from Cannon Falls to Miesville Ravine. Please place the container back as you found it if you can and do not disturb any of the nearby wildlife.

The coordinates were attained by averaging over 100 samples.
