This cache is for the view. standing on trail 4a and looking across the lake you will see the Jasper Park Lodge golf course. Above the golf course is Signal Mountain and Tekerra Mountain. There used to be a fire look out tower on the top of Signal Mountain.
Looking to your left you will see the main building of the Jasper Park Lodge with Roche Bonhomme behind it. The Lodge was established in 1910 and has had many famous visitors stay there. Including Queen Elisabeth from Britain.
To your right you will see Mount Edith Cavell. This mountain was named after a nurse from World War 1.
