North River Station was built in conjunction with the Moscow Canal before filling in the Khimki Reservoir in 1937 (architects A. M. Rukhlyadev, VF Krinsky, sculptor Igor Efimov and others) Station is an architectural monument and a symbol of Moscow - "port of five seas".
Total length of berths station - about a mile, of which about half was built in 1960.
