This cache is actual something I picked out of another cache while doing a little CITO. I brought it home to my daughter as a joke and she proceeded to tell me I needed to make a cache with it and call it victim. My girl has quite the sense of humor.
It took me many miles to find the perfect spot. It seems oldfog and SuzieQue2 have a monopoly on these. This is an unusual micro, you might need some sort of tool, but it should be laying close at hand.
It is very important to return this the way it was found and also try to keep from retrieving with muggles in area. They are watching.
