Geocache Description:

KT17 The Windmill, Whiteley Green.
From 18:30 16th October

The event will keep to the established KT formula of food, drink and geochat, with an optional walk around the area at around 20:00. The Windmill is located off the A523 between Poynton & Macclesfield just a few yards from the Macclesfield Canal and the Middlewood Way. It was voted the Casual Dining Pub of the Year at the Cheshire Life Food & Wine Awards 2006-2007 and remains a great venue for food and drink.
Please let me know how many are likely to be in your group and if you will be eating so that we can co-ordinate with the kitchen. The delicious menu is available until 21:30

For those doing the event caches two notes:
Dark: Sunset is at Six O'clock (18:00) so bringing a torch would be advisable
Mud: This year's weather has left some of the route very muddy, walking boots or preferably wellies are highly recommended
Mud Update 01/10/2012: It seems the rain won't give up and whilst walking the course today the mud was extreme, so be warned... Wellies essential.

The caches are set and will be published at 20:00
The drivebys on the way will be published at 18:00
We have an area of the restaurant side of the pub set aside for us.
It will be muddy, so bring your wellies
It will be dark, so bring your torches

Log Prize
I'm going to donate an unactivated geocoin to the writer of the best log of the event.
Judging will be done by Fellamee Lady and winner announced on Sunday. Judges decision is final.

Sir & Lady Harveyjj have very generously prepared an attendance badge for all attendees.
